  • Removed quadratic hot paths in the investigation graph across two renderers (ReGraph, then KeyLines); led a 20+ PR push in which memoized index lookups took plot matching on 1,600 elements from 15.5 s to 14 ms.
  • Built the chat UI for Co-Case Agent (now Orion), TRM’s AI investigation assistant, launched March 2026.
  • Proposed and built a Radix UI + Tailwind design system; all new UI is built on it. Keyboard-navigable data tables for a government contract.
  • Introduced route-level code splitting (~85% smaller initial bundle), led frontend i18n with typed keys and CI checks, and built an OpenAPI-typed API client.
  • Shipped Triage escalation, Deconflict notifications and the T3 Financial Crime Unit flow end to end. 580+ merged PRs.
